CNYD Gaining Honor of Chinese Famous Trademark
Over years’ efforts, our group’s CNYD trademark was finally awarded the Chinese famous trademark. On October 8th, SAIC trademark office recently published 217 well-known trademarks, which are identified in trademark case management on China trademark website. Yuanda’s “V Mark” is on the list. This is another strong positive support for the reputation of our group, at the same time it deepens the effective protection of trademark rights of our company and creates conditions for the distribution and penetration of the brand and the products as well.
 
Chinese “Famous Brand” trademark is assessed through the right authorities in accordance with legal procedure (SAIC Trademark Office, Trademark Review Committee or People’s Court). It means identifying widely known trademarks in China.
